This application will have to link with a third-party CRM platform and allow the personal assistant agent to control actions on the CRM and other GPTs.

We are interested in the ability to add personal assistants to intranets and get it to action a range of different events. If there were multiple users all trying to use the same AI agent, at the same time - would this affect response time? if we were to put this onto an intranet with 30 users would it need 30 different AI agents to perform the same task? We are interested in the scalability of systems like this to larger companies and the cost involved with this?

Key questions to prepare prior to interview call:

• How can we guarantee it is GDPR compliant and does not leak data it is trained on unless verifying it is the appropriate person?

• How much would it cost to have a platform with two different dynamic users: user and admin? 10 users - all with personal assistant GPT? And timeline? And ongoing usage costs?

• How much would it cost to have a platform with three different dynamic users: user, team leader and admin? 50 users - all with personal assistant GPT? And timeline? And ongoing usage costs?

• How much would it cost to have a platform with three different dynamic users: user, team leader and admin? 100 users - all with personal assistant GPT? And timeline? And ongoing usage costs?
