Personal assistant - intranet assistant - can complete task retrieval, completion and activate other agents (e.g. fill in/edit doc). Have a microphone button for this agent on each page. Allow to answer questions from the internet. Trained on business and CRM - can activate CRM. Trained to assist in Chat GPT style for general queries. This agent is also trained on the health and costs of every other agent.

We want our personal assistant to be able to create:

  • Responses to emails - personalising the response based on previous interactions on email and CRM (we want the agent to be updated in real-time on any new emails sent/received and all activity on the CRM)

  • Add and make any adjustments to CRM as requested

  • Fill in the necessary details in the letter of engagement template and save appropriately (Google Drive/email)

  • Grant full access to Google Drive, CRM, and emails and allow to edit/create/delete any events within them

  • Draft invoices for clients

  • Prepare stripe payments as requested

  • Fill in necessary parts of the slide template to personalise to the client

  • Access the internet as required - and provide links

  • Summarise articles/YouTube videos as requested

Website customer service - creates customer service query tickets, responds to queries - verifies if a customer and adds to CRM if they are - books meetings as appropriate - redirects to the administrator as appropriate for customer service issues. This agent also sits on LinkedIn to respond, communicate, and book meetings as necessary. Can recall information as necessary from CRM once it has verified they are a client.

Email Agent - designed as a master copywriter. Cold email strategies. Professional responses to emails. Trained on email history, and can recall as necessary contextually to personalise emails.

Script Copywriter - Generates HeyGen script based on interaction history on CRM - plus all other content provided. Trained to be a master marketer.

Sentiment analyser - This will be able to understand what kind of emotion the Client is typing so it can respond more accurately, for example, if a customer is angry or upset the AI agent will be more sympathetic with its answers etc.

Summariser - Can summarise call transcript into meeting notes. Can summarise links given to articles, blogs, YouTube videos, GitBooks etc. Can summarise text input.
