A CRM-style system to store all interactions with each agent. Separate the personal assistant requests from the rest and display both as repeating group boxes (if using bubble).

Website interaction: name, company, existing client, sentiment, ticket number, time

All Other Agents: name of agent, ticket number, name of the user, the first line of interaction, time, date

Click on the interaction line to open the whole interaction in pop up and website interaction has enitre sentiment analysis within pop up.
